职位描述：
Job Role/Summary:

Source, Negotiate and Secure quality materials, products and services for use in standards based, international manufacturing and resale environment. Maintain relationships with vendors to affect honest and face saving communication. Keep regular audit schedules and work to develop where needed. Lead team on all finance and quality issues that arise with vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

1. 负责开发稳定可靠的供应商网络，完善供应商管理（包括信誉、质量、价格、交货期），建立合格供方的档案，保证公司的采购需求能够得以顺利实现；
   Responsible for the development of a stable and reliable supplier network, improve supplier management (including credit, quality, price, delivery time), the establishment of qualified supplier file, to ensure the company's purchasing needs can be realized smoothly;
2. 负责执行采购工作，按图纸、规格、数量、质量、时间要求完成任务，保证公司采购项目的顺利实施；
responsible for the implementation of procurement, according to drawings, specifications, quantity, quality and due time requirements to complete the task, to ensure the smooth implementation of the company's projects
3. 负责在合同签订后按照合同规定内容及时请款、催货，确保货物按时到货；
Tracking all of order status for make sure deliver on time and submit payment request in time.
4. 负责发票的收集与核对工作以及供应商的账务核对工作；
Be responsible for invoice collection and check with suppliers, and check balance with suppliers and accounting department.
5．与供应商的比价、议价谈判工作；
 Negotiate price negotiation with suppliers;　
6．及时跟踪掌握原材料市场价格行情变化及品质情况，以期提升产品品质及降低采购成本；
Keep track of raw material market, price changed and quality in order to improve product quality and reduce purchasing cost.
7．采购计划编排．物料之订购及交期控制,并能熟悉的应用ERP系统完成所有的采购程序。 　
Procurement planning, material ordering and delivery control，and good use ERP to complete all of purchasing program.　
8. 供应商以及其他部门的沟通协调等；
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and other departments；
 9．完成领导安排的其他工作。
