岗位职责：
？ 参与部门管理，提出改善工作建议。
？ 参与部门的相关工作会议，参与部门相关重要事项的决策。
？ 参与制冷&设备工程各项招标工作及设计征询、协调工作。
？ 负责制冷&设备管理相关管理制度的制定和修订工作。
？ 负责建立制冷技术标准和设备维护、维修保养、安全管理计划并监督检查。
？ 负责编制中国区工程部制冷&设备总体、月度工作计划，并组织落实。
？ 参与所有制冷&设备工程的验收管理工作。
？ 定期巡视、检查、评定制冷系统和设备运行、日常维护、维修情况。
？ 完成上级领导交办的其他工作
