职位描述Key Responsibilities
Turnover and margin
Developing the turnover of the boutique in accordance with the retail strategy:
1. Meeting the turnover targets set by Brand Management/Retail Management
2. Respecting discount policy
3. Achieving key performance indicator values defined by the management
Boutique
Representing the brand in the boutique and outside:
1. Responsible for the standard of welcoming & handling the customers (in the boutique, on the phone, by email and during events)
2. Responsible for the appearance and maintenance of the boutique
3. Responsible for the merchandising of the boutique
4. Local Brand Ambassador with partners and local dignitaries
Managing the operation of the boutique:
1. Responsible for the stock
- Ensure of its accuracy
- Maintenance of stock in first-rate condition
- Sale of discontinued products in line with any pricing or incentive policy set by the brand
2. Responsible for the cash register (compliance with procedures and with legal, fiscal and Customs regulations)
3. Daily reporting (the day’s sales figures)
4. Monthly reporting (identifying strengths and weaknesses, defining actions plan for coming month)
5. Overseeing the respect of all procedures issued by the company
Team
Managing the team:
1. Giving recruitment advice for validation by the Brand Manager
2. Integration and training (products, procedures, behaviour, etc.) of new sales staff
3. Monitoring the appearance and behaviour of each boutique employee
4. Coaching the team to reach individual and collective objectives
5. Coordination and motivation of the team (daily & monthly meetings, training, etc.)
6. Developing a good spirit within the team (based on fairness)
7. Distribution of tasks and ensuring sales staff versatility
8. Enforcing the group’s local security rules
9. Staff scheduling
10. Arbitration of conflicts
Marketing management:
1. Be the spokesman for top management, ensuring that strategies are understood and put into place across the team
2. Comment on boutique results (turnover, numbers of visitors to the boutique, discount rate, special sales, customer-relations management, etc.) a monthly basis
3. Report all issues concerning the boutique (staff, clients, sales, products, etc.)
4. Capacity to propose specific actions aimed at developing turnover
Client
Satisfying customers
1. Providing a service of excellence with the team
2. Providing excellent customer after-sales service
3. Building long-term relationships with customers
4. Taking care of VIP clients
5. Taking care of any complaints
Managing the development of the boutique’s clientele:
1. Being the local Brand Ambassador
2. Development of a qualified customer database
3. Building up a VIP customer database and following it up
4. Developing and implementing marketing relations plan
5. Constantly drawing new customers by defining and implementing appropriate action plans and by recruiting outside the Boutique
任职要求Qualification
1. Solid expenience in retail industry more than 5 years and ablove in manage level
2. Strong attention to details
3. Good at problen-solving
4. Good understanding of sales and operations of a boutique
5. Stong interpersonal relationship skills and demonstrated leadership skills and demonstrated leadership abilities
6. Strong understanding of the customer service basices
7. Good English is preferred
