职位描述：
Job Description:
? Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow.
编制合同前的造价估算与项目现金流；
? Preparation of tender documentation
编制招标文件；
? Tendering process and tender evaluation
招标工作与评标；
? Post-contract administration and management – contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report
合同后管理：合同文件、进度款估价、变更估算及造价控制报告；
? Finalization of project final accounts
完成项目最终结算账目；
? Involvements in other non-traditional areas such as procurement management, feasibility study, value management , capital allowances, life-cycle costing, project analysis
参与其他非传统领域，如采购管理、可行性研究、价值工程、资本减免、生命周期成本、项目分析。


Job Requirements & Person Specification:
? Basic technical knowledge – Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
基本技术知识----计量、成本估算、施工技术、合同与法律；
? Understand and be familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
理解并熟悉专业惯例与合同管理程序；
? Able to work as a team player
能与团队一起工作；
? Degree or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent from recognized universities
HVAC- Bachelor degree with major in HVAC/Building Environment and Facilities Engineering /Water Supply;
Electrical –Bachelor degree with major in Electrical Engineering and Automation/Automation;
认可大学的机电工程或相当专业的学位或文凭；
暖通 - 供热通风与空调工程/建筑环境与设备工程/给排水等专业学士毕业；
电气 - 电气工程及其自动化/自动化等专业学士毕业；
? Diploma holders with 2 to 3 years relevant M&E QS experience
