职位描述
1. Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)
These jobs are accountable for assisting Senior HR Manager in implementing HR strategies to support the achievement of the company's business strategy and development plan in East China area. They are also responsible for the implementation of the policies, procedures and programs in the specific HR functional areas as well as acting as an internal HR consultant to respective service lines on the daily operation of the full spectrum of HR functions.
2. Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities (Major functions of the position)
· Assisting the East Area on headcount, and providing the monthly report to Line Managers for headcount budget v. Actual comparison, and actual v. forecast movement;
· Assist Line manager in HR systems (CHRIS, Taleo) and programs
· Organizing the orientation training and HR policy training
· Handling the internal transfer in order to meet the staffing needs;
· Organizing and monitoring the probation evaluation, mid-year / year-end performance & salary review exercise;
· Supporting the region to set up and maintain the effective internal communication;
· Managing the exit procedures and taking the follow-up actions based on the exit interviews and the monthly turnover analysis;
· Managing the staff recognition and the staff discipline procedures;
· Support Senior Manager in advising and working out the people initiatives specific to the business in east China area;
· Dealing with the reporting needs and enquiry from the business in east China area.
Job Required Competencies
· Over 8 years relevant working experience in multinational corporations with at least 3 years in supervisory level, working experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare is desirable;
· Mature with professional attitude and able to work under pressure;
· Familiar with labor policy and regulations;
· Strong project management and communication skills;
· Excellent written and oral English;
· Proficiency in MS Office application software (word, excel, powerpoint)
