职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. According to preventive maintenance plans, and ensures their implementation 根据预防保养计划确保及时完成
2. Reduce the electrical down time of equipment and follow up daily electrical maintenance status to ensure production run smoothly. 减少设备故障，跟进日常电气维护确保生产正常运行
3. Assisting to Conduct trouble-shooting on break down of machines, equipment, tools and fixtures, and recover their functions promptly to minimize the impact to production running 协助分析设备、设施、工装故障，迅速恢复它们功能
4. Assisting to keep and update machinery documents, manual books and maintenance instructions and recordings.协助保持及更新设备、设施及工装的技术资料
5. Assisting to manage spare part stock. 协助管理备件库
6. Assisting to make out / implement training to maintenance worker and setters, and their daily task planning and following up.协助培训工人
7. Other tasks assigned by Leader.领导交付的其它任务

Qualifications and skills:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. More than five years related working experience
3. Good PC skills.
Capabilities & Desired Characteristics:
1. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills; 好的沟通能力
2. Be familiar to program the PLC about Mitsubishi三菱、Omron欧姆龙、Siemens西门子，at least two type of PLC; and HMI about Mitsubishi三菱、Proface HMI 、Siemens西门子and so on; knowing of the servo controlling system about Yaskawa安川 and Mitsubishi三菱;knowing of the welding machine maintenance about transistor or silicon controlled.熟悉三菱和欧姆龙PLC及HMI，了解安川、三菱的伺服系统，了解Proface HMI，熟悉西门子PLC及HMI尤佳
3. Be aware of some mechanical and hydraulic and compress air knowledge.有一定的机械和液压知识

1、 从事过两年以上非标设备电气设计，熟练使用电气绘图软件（AutoCAD Electrical或Eplan） （满足可看懂电气图纸）
2、 熟悉西门子，三菱，欧姆龙PLC程序设计，并能独立完成设备程序设计。
3、 熟悉现场总线的应用（DeviceNet、CCLINK、PROFIBUS DP）。
4、 熟悉三菱及西门子伺服定位系统，并能熟练编写定位程序。
