职位描述：
? Be responsible supplier quality management. Determine supplier quality objectives and monitor supplier quality performance. Planning and implementing the regular supplier process audit;
? Be responsible for establish criteria of incoming inspection;
? Training IQC, QC and operators on quality requirements of raw material;
? Deal with the problem solving of supplier quality. Drive and follow up the corrective and preventive actions;
? Establish the collection, statistical analysis and monitoring system of supplier quality data. To compile the supplier quality report for monthly and yearly;
? To handle non-conformity material after IQC inspection through MRB process and issue and track SCAR for supplier corrective actions;
? Support new product development of supplier. Responsible for initial sample approval of “local products”, such as, PPAP approval…
? Support purchasing department for developing and release of new supplier. To take part in the assessment of supplier delivery performance;
? Continuous improvement supplier quality, e.g. FTQ, OQL, Scrap, etc. and customer complaint handling with 8D methodology;
? Other ad hoc job as assigned

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
? Have 3+ years’ experience in process quality control in mechanical industry; experience in electrical industry is preferred;
? Bachelor's degree in mechanical, material or electrical;
? Have experience in ISO 9001 quality system establishment and sustaining;
? Have experience in TS16949 quality system establishment and sustaining;
? Good at supplier quality system establishment and sustaining;
? Good communication skill, good command of English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking;
? Good at team work and strong team driver for process and system improvement;
? Good at quality tool application, such as PPAP, SPC, FMEA, and MSA;
? Six Sigma and Lean knowhow candidate is preferre 举报 分享
