工作内容：
1. Business Support
- Ensure timely resolution of assigned support calls in the offshore ITSSC.
- Proactive observation of how SAP are being used and provision of advice in how to improve their utilisation.
- Work with the IT Team (China & North America), Business Teams and key users to identify areas where user capability needs further development. Develop means for skills and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure robust and reliable systems are maintained.

- All development performed as per Luxottica Retail standards and guidelines.
- Submit improvements and additional requirements for review and inclusion in the development standards and guidelines document.
- Maintain Sarbanes Oxley compliance of all IT changes
5. Capability Development
岗位要求：
'-Minimum 5 years SAP experience, 5 years business or system development experience
- Strong business analysis skills and business understanding
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong knowledge in at least 3 of the following SAP modules Extensive functional and technical experience in at least 3 of the following modules SD/MM/LE/WM, with analysis and design of business applications related to the supply chain cycle
- Highly desirable to have worked in an IS-Retail environment ECC 6.0
- Preferable to have been on at least two to three to five SAP implementation projects and covered all aspects of the project lifecycle.
- Experience dealing with interfaces inbound/outbound - IDocs and/or flat files.
- Working knowledge of ABAP and understanding of BADIs / BAPIS and user exits.
- Preferable to have previous experience working within an offshore IT competency center / remote team
- Understanding of the importance of and ability to effectively communicate within the IT group and with the business
