Responsibility:
To manage the Socomec Kedu team (Production, Technical, Supply Chain and Quality):
- To define the task of each department
- To evaluate each department management
- To solve the daily operation issues
To communicate with the functional team in France for technical, supply chain and quality support.
To coordinate the suke management with Kedu team (moulding, labo, purchasing.RD).
To communicate with supplier (delivery, Quality).
To manage the IT system (ERP and Network).
To report to the plant Director (or GM) the KPI and the critical situation.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree with the major in mechanical / electro-mechanical Engineer
Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Quality tools and ERP system
Good command of English
Min 5 years as workshop/quality manager
Familiar with the industry of Switchgear or Automotive
