职位描述：
AME Manager 项目经理
Advance manufacturing engineering manager

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop and execute global manufacturing strategy, including core / non-core process, make vs. buy process, footprint assessment
2. Implement and facilitate to execute a facility / product / process transition projects following enterprise standard work
3. Deploy and define standards for Availablity/OEE/TPM/Utilization with reference to enterprise standards, continuous improve OEE/Utilization performance
4. Coordinate with plants ME/Maintenance group for deployment and network of enterprise level core processes about brazing, pricise machining etc.
5. Coornidate to plan, execute and monitor annual CapEx budget, be responsible to complete new process feasibility studies to ensure production readiness of new processes prior to implementation
6. Support to build-up ME/Maintenance networks, to continuous develop and improve competency of ME/Maintenance talents


Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor or above in engineering majors
5+ years of demonstrated relevant plant experience in multinational companies
3+ years of relevant AME (advance manufacturing engineering), ME or Project management experience
2+ years Demonstrated performance and process expertise in the relevant core group field

Proven experience of the following are preferred:
? Operation supports
? Capacity analysis
? Feasibility analysis
? Capability improvement
? OEE Improvement
? Lean experience
? Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of our business in an easy to understand manner and the ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity
