Senior facility project manager

资深厂务设施项目经理

Roles and Responsibilities

Be responsible for all plants' facility management and guidance in the assigned region

1. Construction and area management
New building planning and construction
Existing building renovation and repair
Workshop/office space planning and management as well as all relocation related works

2. Operation, service and preventative maintenance for elated equipment
Electricity system, e.g. power supply system, DDC system, light and so on
HVAC system, plumbing, compressed-air, fire protection system and all facilities including buildings
Plant security system: ACS, CCTV, infrared system, turnstile
Environment equipment, Supply and disposal center etc

3. CO2 reduction and energy saving measures

4. Infrastructure service
All end-user specified service, e.g. events, hook-up of machinery

5. Leading of communication with internal customers and external service providers.

6. Commercial function and quality management
BP plan and execution (Headcount, Cost, Fixed assets, etc )
Employee training and development,
Quality management system policy deployment for facility
M process (TS16949,OSHA18001)
Coordinate for CIP etc.

7. Communication with local government
Fire bureau ? Environment protection bureau,
Construction bureau, Development Bureau.
Electricity company, Gas company, Water company

Requirements：
Bachelor, major in engineering such as HVAC, M&amp will be preferred
Working Experience：over 8 year plant facility management experience in multinational companies
Experience of setting up or expanding factory will be highly preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Training: OPEX management Office, CAD, MS Project
