GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for EHS and security affairs, to protect our plant and relative area environment, to keep our plant employees free from hazards and conduct their jobs in safe and healthy manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1-To implement and maintain the EHS Management System, to promote EHS awareness and EHS culture in company, and assist to achieve the department goals.
2-Be responsible for guidance and implement on EHS policy, objective, standards and legal requirements.
3-To ensure the execution of the Corporate EHS audit programs.
4-Responsible for liaison with appropriate parties including government authorities, legislative bodies, company headquarter EHS person.
5-Responsible for communication and dissemination of EHS information.
6-To arrange and providing EH&S training courses; responsible for EHS issues from staff & management through EHS meeting.
7-Provide incident/accident reporting, investigation and follow up.
8-To ensure all appropriate EHS SOPs in place.
9-To provide reports on EH&S performance internally and externally.
10-To implement of Pfizer security policies and programs to protect the Company’s personnel, products, real property, and reputation.
11-To ensure the execution of corporate minimum security requirements management and compliance with local security requirements.
12-To provide security reports internally and externally.
DECISION MAKING SCOPE:
Policy/Procedure:
Identify and interpret Local EHS and security regulation and company Standard apply to site operation.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
1-Bachelor degree in Engineering / Science or related discipline.
2-Strong English is preferred but not a must.
Experience:
1-At least 3 years’ experience of EHS in manufacturing.
2-Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Chemical industry is preferred.
Core Competencies:
1-Familiar with EHS matters (Regulatory and Operations).
2-Good at planning & organizing.
3-Building Positive Working Relationship.
4-Continuous Learning.
5-Good at coaching skills.
6-Good Interpersonal Communication.
7-Good Team work organizing.
8-High capability of trouble shooting.
