职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Perform pre-defined systems and proved audits per recognized standards, as well as modify/create audit questions to identify and improve the quality systems and suppliers’ processes which affect The Timken Company products or services.
2. Account for the quality planning of purchased parts and PPAP qualification. To follow up APQP methodology for advanced quality planning and AIAG PPAP manual to ensure the PPAPs on time delivery and approval.
3. Participate with suppliers and internal technical experts to develop the robust firewall or quality plans that prevent problems from occurring and ensure the reliable capability while minimizing costs.
4. Participate and/or lead the resolution of quality issues related to the above mentioned purchased parts through identification of root cause, containment fence, the implementation and verification of effective corrective or preventive actions.
5. To lead quality improvement project or be coordinator from SQD side with Timken manufacturing facilities.
6. Regular supplier risk identification per defined criteria and take proper actions to reduce or eliminate the potential risk in advance
7. Quarterly supplier quality scorecard evaluation per defined criteria and publishing the result to related departments.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree on Machinery or Mechanical Engineer
2. At least 3 years’ experience in Quality, Supplier Quality Management, manufacturing process engineering/supervisor, or CI.
3. Fluent English both in oral and written.
4. Strong communication capability and team work skills
5. Shall be good at AIAG tools: SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP and PPAP
6. It is better to have project leader experience.
7. 6 Sigma certificate or experience will be valuable. 举报 分享
