Caterpillar's Engineering Change Coordinators work independently to coordinate Engineering change and NPI releasing activities across Caterpillar functions to ensure timely and accurate engineering changes and NPI execution.



Engineering Change Coordinators perform the following duties:



Ensure facility supply chain personnel follow NPI and Engineering / Product Change Control common processes;
Drive process conformance by coaching and making information available to supply chain and NPI personnel responsible for performing ECC/NPI-related functions;
Monitor non-compliance, and perform robust continous improvement activities to drive conformance across supply chian functional areas;
Work closely with functional leaders and governing committees to enable process confirmance.
Required Qualifications:



The candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills:



Colledge or university degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering/Supply Chain and /or Logistics Management or Industrial Engineering;
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:



The following criteria will be beneficial but not required:



Knowledge and experience with products, processes, design, procedures and policies.
