KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Training Deployment · Follow standard operational process to ensure the assigned training programs are successfully deployed. · Support end-to-end training deployment process includes training planning, purchasing, enrollment, logistic arrangement, cost allocation, etc · Work closely with various internal and external parties and provide seamless training service to all SE employee Respond to employee’s inquiries of training policy, process and system operations · Set up and maintain good working relationship with major stakeholders/teams (Learning Solutions, purchasing, Finance, FM, etc.) 2. Training System (My Learning Link) Management · Daily management of the training system, including session management, enrollment management, training record upload, online evaluation follow-up, etc. · Work with global MLL support team to ensure training system functions well and improve user experience continuously. · Provide system related solutions to address business needs. · Provide some ad-hoc training reports 3. Project Management · Lead or participant in projects inside or outside of the team including CI in HR operations, training related and system related projects · Contribute to regional and global projects. KEY REQUIREMENTS 1. 3-5 years' related working experience in multinational companies, preferably in training department or as HR generalist. Similar experience such as event management will also be considered. 2. Good customer service attitude, hardworking and detail oriented 3. Proactive, self-motivated, strong ownership of the job 4. Open, mature and flexible personality 5. Good English communications skills
