职位描述：
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
协助采购经理负责工厂采购工作，保证工厂生产有效运行，非直接生产物料的管理和成本控制的达成。
Support purchasing manager for RM/Package material/ indirects procurements. To ensure the MRO in good management and achieving in cost saving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
评估和管理供应商的生产能力，供应能力及管理状况等；
Supplier Evaluation and management
以质量、交货、工艺能力和综合商业关系为标准，持续开发和改进现有供应商；
Be responsible for continuous supplier development base on quality, on time delivery and multiple business reputation
进行有竞争力的价格及服务合同谈判以实现成本的有效管理；
Be responsible for the negotiation of purchasing contract and price
作为生产和品质团队的商业伙伴，确保材料购进安排符合生产要求，并确保材料的符合质量要求；
Provide supporting to production and quality department, make sure purchased goods on time delivery and meet quality request.
在产品开发期间，跨部门合作以进行供应商的选择；
Be responsible for sourcing during new product development and supplier selection base on different request
发展区域内的新资源及材料以支持当地生产；
Exploration and implementation on raw material localization purchasing
发展和维护质量体系以确保采购部在稳定高质量的体系中运作；
Be responsible for ISO system maintenance to make sure the procurement work meet KPI request
及完成其他上级要求之工作。
Other works assigned by management team

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5年以上工业领域采购经验，2年以上化工行业采购经验，了解中国地区的供应商
5+ years purchasing experience in industry area, including 2+ years in chemical purchasing, know market intelligence and information
化工或国际贸易专业本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemical or International Trade
熟练使用办公软件
Excellent on using office Microsoft
熟悉ERP系统，有JDE，SAP操作经验尤佳
Be familiar with ERP system. SAP, JDE experience will be plus.
良好的团队合作能力及谈判技巧
Good teamwork and negotiation skill
优秀的中英文书面及口语表达能力
Be good at communication with both of Chinese and English
具备ISO9000及ISO14000知识
