? Act as sales order owner to perform OTC daily sales and delivery order management tasks to achieve satisfied customer service;
作为销售订单的拥有者,执行日常的日常销售和交付订单管理任务,以达到满意的客户服务;
? Communicate cross the functions to provide differentiated service upon business design, and implement business rule in customer order management;
在业务设计中交叉职能,提供差异化的服务,并在客户订单管理中实现业务规则;
? Support credit management on billing and accounts receivable management;
支持赊账管理和应收帐款管理;
? Manage monthly billing and deliver Invoice to Sales or Customers;
管理每月的账单并向销售或客户提供发票;
? Perform the customer master data management and ensure the system data reliability via proper system operation;
执行客户主数据管理,并通过适当的系统操作确保系统数据的可靠性;
? Communicate with the Account / Customer closely and capture customer responses, follow up and communicate results to the customers for ensure customer satisfaction and internal process improvement purpose;
与客户/客户进行紧密沟通,获取客户的反馈,跟进并与客户沟通结果,以确保客户满意和内部流程改进的目的;
? Design/deliver regular order status report up to business characters to support achievement of transparency in sales management;
设计/交付常规订单状态报告给业务角色以支持销售管理的透明度;
? Contribute to the business target realization and grant efforts to the assigned KPIs achievement;
为业务目标实现提供帮助,并为指定的kpi成就提供资金;
? Make clean documentation for backup/process compliance and auditing;
为备份/流程的遵从性和审核提供干净的文档;
? Complete the supply chain related tasks assigned by the supervisor
完成主管分配的供应链相关任务
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

大专或以上学历
? Working Experience: Experienced in customer service, supply chain with at least 1~2 years’ experience
工作经验:有客户服务经验,有至少1年的工作经验。
? Technical & Professional Knowledge:
技术与专业知识:
Well versed in SAP order process, an understanding of basic accounting knowledge is desirable
精通SAP订单流程,对基本会计知识的理解是可取的。
Good understanding of product / services of relevant business segments
对相关业务部门的产品/服务有很好的理解
Good knowledge of the business processes
良好的业务流程知识
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office toll, e.g. excel, word
