职位描述：

Job Description

1. In ability to manage a team and coach Supplier Quality Engineers to plan and direct activities related to supplier quality (production, process, system).
2. Be involved in new project or supplier requiring fluent audit skills, parts and process approval knowledge;

3. the ability to analyse and solve component problems together with suppliers or cross functional team;
4. Engage supplier audit process as a step in sourcing of new suppliers as well as recurring audits for current suppliers including auditing quality management system, process audit and general product quality;
5. Receive quality problem information from internal/external team and push suppliers to improve quality of products;

6. Follow up the corrective and preventive actions of supplier to assure elimination of quality issues
7. Work directly as the interface between Plant and suppliers to improve quality. Will require frequent travelling to supplier locations.
8. Be well involved in supplier processes and product change management to secure and collect data to secure product quality;
9. Be able to plan and execute training for supplier quality personnel.
10. Report, collect and follow up quality issues and Supplier defective rate reduction;

11. the supplier related quality management platform setup and supplier quality management procedure, methods optimization.

1 bachelor Degree or above, the ability of reading, interpreting Mechanical drawing and schematics.
2 Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CCC, UL and FM certification, the knowledge of TS16949 is preferred;

3. Fimilar with New supplier sourcing management and products development with suppliers, Include component parts and process approval;
4. Minimum 5years work experience in supplier quality field and 3 years plant work background;

5. Demonstrated supplier management skills, decision maker and risk assessment;
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and continually develop good methods to control quality activities;

7. Quality tools mastering: 8D/KT/6 Sigma/MSA/SPC etc and good quality problem solving skills;
8 .good communication and coordination skills with cross functional team.
9 Fluent in English written and spoken.

10. integrity, passion, leadership and ownership of quality activities, strong driving and escalation skills.
