职位描述：
BASIC FUNCTION
Under the general direction of the Manager-Product Engineering, participate on cross-functional teams to identify, develop, qualify, & introduce new products for Kohler brand. Make sure Kohler new products can meet the relative Kohler standards. This role will be based in Zhongshan Kohler.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1- In charge of Kohler products development, such as mirror cabinet, accessories, etc…
2- In charge of Kohler new product estimated cost, new product schedule, etc….
3- Competitors’ products analysis / benchmark
4- Problem resolve through using data statistical analysis
5- Driving cost reduction with manufacturing team thru parts localization/re-design/etc…
6- Quality improvement to get lower UFR for new product/production
7- Drive industry code/standard compile

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS
1- Bachelor's Degree at least, with majored in Mechanical
2- At least working experience for 5 years in NPD development
3- With rich experience of basic materials and technology, such as aluminum, plastic, glass, mirror, stainless steel, hardware (hinges, guide rail, etc.)
4- Project management experience is preferred
5- Good in English reading, writing, speaking
6- Positive, hardworking, strong hands-on experience .
7- Be familiar with Pro/e wildfire 5.0, AutoCAD .

Supervisory Relationships:
