Familiar with international rubber specifications - testing methods - rubber families

职位职责：

1.分析客户需求(图纸和规格)，确保要用的材料符合要求(和哈金森母公司实验室沟通交流)
Analyse the customer request (drawing+specification) and make sure that the material proposed is suitable for the application (communicate with laboratory departments in Hutchinson mother plants in Europe)

2.在橡胶技术方面支持亚洲销售部门
Support the Asia sales department for all rubber technical discussions

3.开发实验室测试设备(实施说明，改进测试方法…)
Develop the local laboratory testing facilities (implement instruction, improve the testing method...)

4.在材料方面支持质量和生产部门,十分了解橡胶工艺(混炼，注射，注压)
Support quality and production departments for material matters -good knowledge of rubber process (mixing, injection, compression...)

5.在项目开发阶段和项目管理紧密合作
Work closely with the project leader during the development step

6.在母公司的帮助下，依照内部程序跟踪实施本地化
Track and validate the compound localization from Europe to
China with the mother plant support and according to the internal procedure.
