MISSION :
Contribute to the efficiency of the sourcing activity in Asia while managing projects for a dedicated set of products in terms of lead time, quality and without any deviation on target price.

CONTEXT:
? Enhance strategic marketing direct access to Asian suppliers and products opportunities exposure to better answer local needs throughout the world to accelerate organic growth under SDA and cookware product development accountability
? Widen the role of Company Asia, beyond sourcing platform (trading & operations) to product offer creation through sourcing in a delegation mode (including both strategic marketing and product development)
? Build local expertise on products to improve the level of autonomy to save time and utilize the local resources efficiently.
? Align processes for all product categories under one product development team locally

4. MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB :
Management
? Project Manager (PJM) is accountable for the success of the project.
? Manage the Project Group - Development, Purchasing, Quality and Logistic team to solve all issues related to the project until end of life of the Product as project owner.
? Is accountable on the overall project with support of project team member.
? Lead the planning and and minestrone to be achieved and ensure it is reliablity
? Communicate on a regular basis to all stakeholders including BU, Supplier or SEB ASIA Management
? Monitor the project status and make any decision accordingly benefit of the project
? Provide direction and support to project group, Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
? Provide the project evaluation and assessment of results to fulfill group KPI

Development Process
a) BU Projects – project leader in BU
? Coordinate between BU / Asia / Supplier in Asia and define project tasks and resources requirements
? Offer full operational support to BU and share information as well provide solution proactively
? Manage the local project team per the tasks list and EPO process defined.
b) Company Asia platform projects Development
? Take leading roles on delegated projects and manage locally in term project and technical management.
? Keep responsibility on all project issues of cost, quality, delivery and supplier management with the support from other functional teams.
? Manage the budget and resources allocated to the project and escalate to management in needed.
c) Range extension & Variance Development
? Follow the defined process on projects led by BU or delegated to Company Asia
? Manage all DCP, packaging artwork, after sales file and Technical Sheet with the support of local or BU team.

Communication
? Communicate with supplier and co-work with BU to ensure the smooth of project development.
? Manage with suppliers for project status and technical issues on a regular basis
? Provide feedback on a regular basis on supplier performance and project status in term of risk, price, quality and delivery.
? Review and inform all the risk of projects which will cause price impact with purchasing team
? Coordinate and work closely with quality team for all technical issues
? Inform the logistics milestone at RP3.5 and confirm the long lead time component
? Support to perform product pre-assessment for new business opportunity.
? Present reports to management team defining project progress, problems and solutions monthly.

5. SIGNIFICANT DATA :
? Handles 10 – 15 project per year with average 5-10 running project per month
? Contribute to a purchasing amount of 20 – 50M for finished goods and components
? Lead 5-10 cross function project team including member from Purchasing, Quality, Supply Chain and Local marketing
? Manage and as expertise for dedicated set of product category assigned by SPDM
? Work with 5 to 10 suppliers and various department and hierarchical levels among the group.

MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED
? Bachelor Degree of mechanical / electrical / Process Engineering with 5 years relevant working experiences
? OR Diploma in mechanical / electrical engineering with 7 years relevant working experiences
? OR Bachelor degree in Commercial Studies with 5-7 years relevant working experiences
? With at least 3 years of experience in project
? 3 years experience in relation with Chinese suppliers required
