be familiar with the chassis and suspension, more than 3 years experience of rubber antivibration part R&D work
英语流利。能独立与欧美客户交流
Fluent English.Capacity to to communicate with Europe/US

熟练掌握CAD软件。（UG 或CATIA），了解CAM 加工工艺
Excellent CAD skill (UG or CATIA), understanding of CAM basis

熟悉金属（冲压， 冷拔，冷镦），塑料， 橡胶等相关标准
Understanding of releavant standard of metal( stamping, cold drawing, cold forging),plastics,rubber etc

良好的形位公差知识
Good understanding of GD&T

职位职责：

1. 负责底盘橡胶减震产品设计
In charge of R&D of chassis antivibration part

2. 相关设计文件的制定，包括DFMEA,DVPR,Engineering spec...
Establish relavant documents including the DFMEA,DVPR, Engineering spec

3. 支持客户技术交流， 完成相关技术介绍资料
Support the communication with customer, complete the presentation of technical review

4. 支持新产品报价， 制定零件&工艺分解表
Support the quotation, create the components&process breakdown

5. 安排产品测试验证， 并制定测试标准，包括橡胶刚度， 疲劳等
In charge of the test validation, create the test request, including the stiffness, durability, adhesion,etc...
