岗位职责：
1. 设备工程、机电工程或空调通风工程等相关专业
2. 熟悉办公室家具维修，设施未端装置维护；
3. 电力故障紧急维修；
4. 有机电安装拆卸维修保养的工作经验优先考虑；
5. 物业或办公室日常水电的维护；
6. 持有电工证、空调制冷证。
7. 保证工作场所的5S。 遵照作业流程，执行上级安排的相关技术系统的维护维修工作，确保所承担的预防性维护保养工作按时完成。在规定的时间内响应并执行服务需求
8. 及时填写日常维护保养记录。对不确定的设备状况，第一时间报告上级处理。
执行日常设备设施维护，巡检及应急抢修工作。
9. 协助设施工程师做好备品、备件管理。
任职资格：
1. 中专以上学历；
2. 限***，45岁以下；
3. 做事认真负责，品格端正，工作踏实，服从上司领导的工作安排；
4. 具有良好团队合作精神及沟通、协调和响应能力；
5. 3年以上同类工作经验；
6. 具有工作责任心强、作业的安全意识，可承受一定的工作压力。
