REQUIREMENTS



Higher Diploma or above ( Engineering background is preferable )
Good command in English, CET-4 or above
3+ years working experiences engaged in either logistics or quality aspects ( logistics experience is more preferable )
Good practice on data analysis and familiar with statistical analysis tools such as control chart, pareto chart etc
Good skill on Microsoft Office applications such as Words, PowerPoint especially Excel and its tools
Good practice on technical document translation to English and English report writing
Good experience on logistics flow management
Good experience on quality management is preferable
Good communication skills on both Chinese and English
Good sense of responsibility and carefulness
Self-motivated, independent, open-minded and good team player


RESPONSIBILITIES



- Daily works reporting to Quality and Logistics Manager for the Cable Tray Accessories, oversea pop-up and CCTV projects.


v Daily logistics/quality works as below:

§ Analysis of PO datas (validation of unit price and ordering qty)

§ Management of delivery - container goods loading optimization

§ Management of original delivery documents (including bill of lading, insurance policy certificate, invoice, packing list etc.) to various ordering sites by means of copying, scanning and posting

§ Finalization of delivery report, make summary of logistic datas

§ Translatation of quality documents upon request, make summary of quality datas - Monthly quality report



v Daily links with suppliers and colleagues for assigned tasks



v Establish good communication links with international supply chain person of Legrand subsidiaries in charge.



v Local administrative works in contact with HR, Finance etc
