职位描述：

JOB PURPOSE:

To lead the project and portfolio management of a TA medical affairs team (or equivalent) in the supervision of medical key projects, coordination of crossfunctional collaboration to ensure the delivery on medical affairs commitments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Form and drive project team within medical to set up project goal, tracking tool, reports and dashboards, etc.

? Upon prioritisation of activities, develop a project plans with key outputs and accountabilities of team members against critical path timelines.

? Start-up project team meetings to introduce team members to the group objective, project pathway, expected tasks completed to timelines, and the role of the Project Manager.

? Drive operational excellence & departmental efficiency, by overseeing completion of projects to critical path timelines. The predominant focus of these activities is around operational elements of brand plans – ensuring overall delivery on commitments.

? Build strong and effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders and keep them informed of project progress.

? Identify opportunities to fast track or correct projects to ensure high quality deliverables in line with the business need, and/or identify delayed projects to the Medical Affairs Leadership Team, Pharmaceutical Division Leadership Team &/or other key stakeholders.

? Ensure all activities operate in line with the sanofi-aventis Code of Ethics, relevant policies, and Medicines Australia requirements.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

? Scientific and/or Medical background, bachelor degree or above

Experience & knowledge:

Essential Skills and Experience Selection Process / Appendix 1 "Job description"

　

? Experience as a project manager &/or strong project management skills

Desirable Skills and Experience

? Medical Affairs &/or pharmaceutical operations experience

? Previous experience as a project manager

? Negotiation skills: can negotiate skillfully in a variety of situations with both internal and external departments

? Proven ability to identify and solve difficult problems independently

? Excellent inter-personal skills

? Quick adaptability to a rapid changing environment

? Thorough knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulations (Good Clinical Practices and International Conference in Harmonization Guidelines as well as local regulations)

? Good oral/written English and Mandarin skill

? Good computer skills (Windows application, especially Word and Excel)

? Business acumen
