Customer Experience Intern

In this role based in our Shanghai Headquarter and reporting to the Junior/senior analyst assigned to you, you focus on supporting market research analysis for our various premiums, luxury brand clients worldwide. You are mainly tasked to:
    - Assisting the Research Manager in carrying research projects (both qualitative and quantitative projects) for Luxury Brands;
    - Design of the research material (questionnaire, discussion guide);
    - Supervision of the fieldwork; monitor and control the progress of the data collection
    - Definition of data specs
    - Data analysis
    - Design report deck, conclusions & recommendations

Qualifications & Requirements:

     - Currently doing Bachelor's Degree or postgraduate in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Social Science or related fields;
     - Previous internship in a market research agency welcomed;
     - Proven ability to work within complex multi-cultural interactions, high pressure and tight deadlines;
     - Excellent written & oral skills in English and mandarin.
