Job requirement:

• 3-5 yrs HR consulting experience for Sr Associate; 5-10 years HR consulting experience for Manager above.
• Specialised in org design, performance, reward, talent management consulting in banking sector
• prefer to have consulting experience in other non-banking areas, such as Insurance, Asset Management, PE firms
