As our largest service line, you’ll experience a dynamic and fast moving working environment. From potential startups to multinational corporations, clients will look to you for advice on audit, regulatory, listing, private placement, corporate change, and a host of other business topics.


Job responsibilities：

• Providing engineering cost consulting business for projects of large enterprises or government, especially in infrastructure and telecommunications, chemical and energy industries; 为电信、化工和能源类等行业的大中型企业的建设项目以及政府基础设施投资项目提供工程造价咨询业务；
• Leading the team to carry out the consulting project and manage the whole process; 带领团队进行工程造价咨询业务的组织实施并负责项目的全过程管理；
• Involving in team building, risk and quality control and business development; 参与工程造价业务的团队建设、风险和质量管理以及市场拓展；

Requirements：

• Bachelor degree or above , majored in engineering cost or engineering management, above 3 years relevant working experience at least; 工程造价、工程管理等专业大学本科以上学历，3年以上工程造价咨询工作经验；
• Experienced in infrastructure and construction projects of power / telecom / chemical / energy industry; 在电力/电信/化工/能源和基础设施等工程建设项目有丰富的实务经验；
• Strong skill of coordination and communication internally and externally, good at MS software and budget software; 具备较强的组织协调和内外部沟通能力，熟练运用计算机办公软件和预算软件；
• Experienced in leading medium construction cost consulting projects, with well capability of project management and familiar with relevant regulations; 具有承担中型建设项目造价咨询工作经验，熟悉行业法律法规，良好项目管理能力;
• Preferred in candidates with experience of international consulting firm or construction companies, preferred in candidates with license of cost engineer. 有建设单位或施工单位从业经验和国际所工作经验优先,有注册造价师证书的优先。
