职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Liase with Customer Engine design and Engine Testing Team to prove our proof of concept and full validation of new pneumatic and mechatronic products for Engine Calibration on China-6 or Euro-VI Emission Norms.
Participate in Design and Development of other power train components for commercial vehicles, with verbal and written communication in English globally and especially to the main India based design team.

Key Performance Indicators (SMART Goals)
Design Verification and validation using Simulation and Design Calculations and Lab testing or Engine Dyno Testing.
Completion of concepts and Designs of new product within the APQP Process.

Qualifications:
Minimum: B.Tech Mechanical / Automotive / Design Engineering / Mechatronics
Experience:
3~5 Years Minimum Experience on Engine Components Design / Testing /
Validation / Application of Engine Components, such as Electrical EGR valves, SCR, EGR Cooler, Turbo waste Gate Actuator or Exhaust Break Actuators.
CAD design experience.

Competencies:
Experience and knowledge of vehicle control systems (engines/ transmissions) hardware & software, algorithms, interfaces, Fieldbus, CANbus, Ethernet & IOT
Excellent communication skills and customer facing competencies.
Experience of working with CV OEMs directly such as FAW, CNHTC, Weichai, Yuchai (or indeed international brands TML, Ashok Leyland, Eicher, Daimler and Volvo, or testing houses AVL, Ricardo, Delphi, Cooper etc.)
Knowledge & experience of relevant standards for India & China – Emission, Fuel, Quality, Euro 6, TS16949 Etc.
2D and 3D CAD Expertise on AutoDesk Inventor or (Creo/SoldiWorks/Catia)
Ansys Mechanical, Structural Thermal and CFD
GD&T and Tolerance Stack up of components and assembly
Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Magnetics Design of Components
Experience and participation in modern automotive New Product Introduction projects such as APQP.
