职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and consolidate opex budget/forecast.
2. Prepare monthly reports and executive summaries (e.g.: performance review and other KPIs) to provide robust planning and forecasting, predictive analytics, and results monitoring
3. Analyze monthly variances between actual / budget or between periods
4. Support CFO and Financial Controller-Planning & Analysis to perform pre/post evaluation on projects portfolio and investment allocation to keep resource utilization aligned with business strategy and financial targets
5. Participate into major Marcom, Logistic, etc. related initiatives/programs through review and verification of their financial impacts
6. Support CFO and Financial Controller-Planning & Analysis in building and maintaining the systems, the reporting and the KPIs necessary to monitor Gucci China performance such as working capital, expenses, margins, inventory and able to propose corrective actions
7. Effectively cooperate and liaise with other internal functions.
8. Involvement in other adhoc assignments and projects

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. University degree in Economics
2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
3. Excellent numerical and analytical skills
4. Strong attention to details
5. Ability to work to stringent deadlines
6. Self-starter and self-motivated
