Job Description
? Provides leadership for a few SW or HW Designers or Engineers on technological competence. Also acts as Designer.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for
o End to end quality leadership responsibility in product development project scope
o Assure adherence to the product quality, reliability and regulatory compliance requirement in the product development process.
o Prepare IPD (Integrated product development) milestone deliverables such as FCR, HBSRA, Compliance protocol, Test plan, Quality control plan, PDR (Product Design Release) etc.
o Monitoring the quality status during the R&D process, reviewing the correctness and integrity of the basic data for design, prompting every milestone of the project to reach the standard according to the IPD flow.
o Handle and submit the customer complain in PHILIPS Cemafore system and preparing 8D report，report to PHILIP head office.
o Collect and learn Philips’ Safety & Compliance requirement like RSL, ROHS, food contact safety, introduce and share these requirements to R&D team
o Monitoring the FCR status of the products in market, organizing analysis once FCR Higher.
You are a part of
A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the function manager.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
o Education: Bachelor Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering
o Experience: More than 5 years’ experience in product development and quality management
o Familiar with the experience of product development process, quality control or project management
o Competency and Skills: Project management skill; Clear logic thinking; Good English skill
o Knowledge: Be familiar with the relevant standards of R&D quality management and familiar with product development process.
