I. Purpose of Position
Work independently or with dealers to focus on sales expansion / market share by introducing new products / services / solutions and organizing visits to current and potential clients.
II. Key Responsibilities
? Develop Petro chemical ,Automotive ,PPC , Textile ,Food and Pharmaceutical industry and improve market share from main competitors in North China;
? Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets quarterly and with ability to recovery the gap (if have).
? Be able to independently develop market initiative and expand territory coverage/penetration of color marketing.
? With ability to independently develop new agents, distributors, end-customers, new business and emerging market effectively and prioritize key accounts & additional market opportunity in order to align with company short term and long term strategy, includes marketing activities and sales strategies.
? Acquire strong technical knowledge of all types of color product to provide professional, commercial, and first level technical support for dealers and customers.
? Develop and maintain good relationships with customers including Automotive BOs, Automotive Exterior and Interior, consultants, distributors and internal teams.
? Focus on continuous improvement and process management by embracing, understanding and implementing Danaher DBS tools/initiatives.
? Effectively manage job-priority and control expenses.
? Perform as a team player and help foster team spirit in daily business in a way to grow business in a sustainable and healthy atmosphere.
? Not only pay attention to the results, but also focus on the process.
? Good office management experience;
III. Relationships
? As a Sales Team, we need overall sales activities (Forecast, Call plan, Leads converting, Door crossing and ordering); and we need good team work with our sales team, Application team, CS team and Service team. Also we need have good management to our dealers: For daily support, policy introduction & POS info clarification; New dealer development;
? For any financial-related matters such as AR, credit policy etc.
? We need good relationship with Automotive plants, Plastics and Paint plants;
IV. Measures of Performance
? $1M sales quota from north China market in 2017;
? Convert unserved Automotive $200K;
? Take back Paint and coating market share $150K;
? Convert unserved home appliance and Plastics $200K;
? 3-5 Automotive brand owners development and Take back at least 1 Global Auto BOs in 2017;
V. Background and Skill
? Bachelor’s degree in automotive is preferring, also mechanical and electrical engineering ,color, plastic, painting, chemical or relevant majors ;
? Successful track record in aggressively growing sales and new business, implementing highly effective winning sales strategies. Demonstrated performance achievements on both continuous sales growth and account development.
? Success experience in driving sales through multi-channels i.e. directly and via distribution networks is a must. Good experience on color knowledge and color business is preferred.
? Outstanding Chinese communication skills in both written and verbal Chinese. Good English communication skill would be a plus.
? Ability and interest to travel 50% of the time to customers.
? Good at operation MS Office system.
