Goals/Mission:
- Providing technical services efficiently and effectively with high quality and high customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
-Fulfill Ultrasound service requirements by delivering assigned service activities including installation, maintenance, preventative maintenance, system modification
- Own Ultrasound service business by selling service contract , labor, material, options and by gaining long term customer satisfaction
- Take into consideration of the business aspects and utmost customer satisfaction with prossional customer approaching.
- Continously improve technical knowledge and skill via successful passed the basic training including E-learning.
- Maintain and refresh experience and knowledge.
- Provide necessary Technical support to Medical internal customers ( CS Sales, Med product sales, project manager etc. )
- Follow Company regulations strictly

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder, with major in clinical, medical equipment or engineering
- More than 3 years Ultradound equipment installation, maintenance and repair experience
- Good communication skill. Can read and listen English is a plus
