Accountabilities (max 8 ) Key Activities (max 4 per accountability) % Time on tasks
1.Cooperate Store Management
?Oversee the operation of shops to achieve sales target
?Achieve brand non-sales objectives, including CRM, service stand, brand image etc.
?Efficient people management
?Strong leadership and management skills
?Formulate the budgets for the region
?Monitor the overall inventory level of the shops 40
2.Process & SOP ?Involved in define, standardize and update retail SOP
?Monitor the SOP execution in existing Corporate
?Regular shop performance evaluation and take actions to make improvements
?Follow up MS program and make improvements
?Find solutions for special cases on SOP execution 20
3.Business financial Analysis ?Have business financial sense to make analysis-traffic, Top sku, conversion rate, productivities, etc.
?Good understanding and make action plan base on above analysis;
?Understanding P&L by store and make sure store profitable
?Suggestion & feedback to management

4.Retail Development /Retail Marketing ?Assistance on evaluation of projects
?Involved in project design and set up
?Responsible for store opening preparation
?Help new store to achieve brand standard
?Involved in making annual retail marketing plan
?Request retail marketing activities when necessary
?Provide comprehensive feedback regarding retail marketing activities
