职位描述：
Main responsibilities and tasks：

. Developing and implementing of the marketing plan.
. Definingthe product strategy and execution hereof.
. Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to trade activities.
. Understandingmarket developments and customer needs to suggest effective product solutions.
. Conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers.
. Undertaking market analysis and monitoring competitor analysis
. Motivating and supervising the product team to meet departmental goals.
. Tracking business performance and making changes where necessary to meet or exceed objectives.
. Run pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
. Providing appropriate promotional materials for the sales department to achieve targeted growth
. Ensuring that the sales team are full up to date with PGM plans so that they implement appropriate sales activities
. Managing that PGM department cost to stay within budget
. Ensure that product live up to the worldwide Zeelandia standards
. Participate in the international PGM network of the Zeelandia group of companies, to share best practices and exchange of business information.

Competences：
. Minimum of 3 years experience as a senior Product Manager of a reputable food company.
. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
. Ability to think strategic, tactical and operational.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
. Excellent teamwork skills.
. Strong leader, motivator and organizer.
. Ability to solve problems, hands on and down to earth, pragmatic.

Knowledge and Experience：
. 10+ years of experience in related jobs in the food industry in China.
. Experience working within an international group is preferred.
. Experience in baking industry or related business is preferred
