Job description:
？ Responsible for month-end closing process and prepare monthly financial reports, quarterly consolidated accounting statement and yearly statutory accounts;
？ Prepare monthly and quarterly actual and projected financial reports;
？ Timely delivery of monthly accounts and analysis reports to monitor business performance;
？ Ensure compliance with accounting and finance policies and procedures;
？ Implement and maintain proper financial controls, risk management measures, etc.;
？ Involve in on-going improvements of accounting systems;
？ Liaise with different parties including internal and external auditors, group finance, etc.;
？ Perform ad hoc assignments from time to time.


Position Requirement:
？ Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines with professional accountancy qualification such as CICPA/HKICPA or equivalent;
？ Comprehensive knowledge of HK and PRC accounting standards and other regulatory requirements;
？ At least 8 years of professional experience acquired from both Big 4 Auditing and Commercial sectors;
？ Hands-on experience in accounting systems (Oracle / Hyperion);
？ Familiar with MS excel and PowerPoint presentation;
？ Possess good communication skills, coordination skills, analytical skills, problem solving and can be a good team player;
？ Self-motivated and result driven, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines (for local reporting and HK group submission deadlines);
