Key Responsibilities:
? Report to Shanghai Branch General Manager on regular base.
? Responsible for all matters of Shanghai branch office directly sales including managing a team of sales engineers, interfacing manufacturing, and customers.
? Lead direct sales activities including direct sales management, direct business development. Identify and develop business opportunities and expansion of sales channels in assigned geographical area and market segment to increase business size and market share.
? Draw up direct sales budget and action plan for the development of direct sales, develop marketing plan and promotion activities to achieve direct sales targets.
? Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical knowledge of Hörmann products, applications, features, advantages and benefits.
? Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the competitive products and their activities in the market place and provide a report on a monthly basis.
? Prepare monthly and quarterly sales report, yearly budget and regular updates.
Position Qualification Requirement:
Education & Professional Background
Bachelor Degree or equivalent education level, major related in construction, mechanical manufacturing or material.
Relevant Experience
10+ years’ work experience / Working experience of international company and conditional orientation ability in foreign culture, at least 5 years sales management experience on building materials or electromechanical business area. Has the experience of developing and managing the key customers.
Language Skills
Good English level in both oral and written.
Other Requirement
1. Strong ability to develop new market and to manage accounts receivable
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Strong organizational and coordination ability

教育背景及专业知识
大学本科或等同学历水平,建筑,机械,机电,材料等理工科专业
相关经验
10年以上工作经验或在外企工作经验,5年以上建筑,建材,机电行业工作管理经验。具备大客户开发和管理经验。
语言能力
良好的英文口语及书面能力
其他要求
1. 较强的开拓市场,管理销售业务的能力;
2. 具备良好的交流沟通能力;
3. 具备良好的团队协作精神。
