岗位职责:
1. 不断优化本部门仓储物流模块各项工作流程以及规章制度,熟练操作SAP系统；
2. 负责分配下属的日常工作，给到指标，使日常工作做到高效、准确、有序；
3. 按业务需求，做好库存预警工作；负责库存安全、准确性；及时提报库存报表（成品、滞销品、不良品）；组织日、周、月、年不同节点的盘点，并对盘点结果负责。
4. 控制仓库及物流各环节预算及成本，减少非正常损耗和浪费；
5. 负责第三方物流的管理(仓储/运输)，达到仓储及配送效率及配送准确率的要求；
6. 负责监督第三方供应商在货品进口清关流程顺利执行，对各项清关费用进行把控；
7. 对团队员工进行业务技能培训和考核，提高员工素质和工作效率
8. 做好本部门与业务部门和财务及销售助理部的协调沟通工作，确保所有订单能按时效顺利执行。
任职要求：
1. 诚实、踏实、细致、工作有条理且执行力强，有极强的责任心
2. 英语沟通尚可(能用英语邮件回复)
3. 有较强的语言表达能力和团队管理能力。
4. 同时拥有B2B(批发)和B2C（零售）仓储经验
5. 有化妆品进口物流管理经验者优先；
6. 具有良好的计划、管理、沟通和协调能力
