职位描述：
To maximize the business opportunity for E-commerce & Outlet. In charge of business planning on pre-season and in-season, follow up on the allocationn at the meantime. This role should also provide suggestion on buying/ordering/sales/stock moving plan.

Key Duties and Responsibilities主要职责:
1.Product management & Allocation:
  1).Product assortment for responsible channel-Ecom & Outlet (including special events, new store, etc)
  2).Product launch plan arrangement & align with off-line channel
  3).Product performance analysis, make proposal and follow up on replenishment, consolidation & re-grouping Inventory management & on time delivery
2.Planning:
 1).Plan of Open-to-Buy, store grade cluster profiles, and provide insight and analysis to support the buying
 2).Rolling Forecast on sales & inventory, make pre-alert on risks and opportunities
 3).Routine performance review and business recap, including Sales / ST% / Inventory / Orders / Best sellers & Slow movers, and also ad-hoc analysis, to translate qualitative information and data into quantitative demand projections
 4).Closely work with Merchandising, commercial team, finance, supply chain etc, to monitor the sales target achievement

Main skills, competencies and knowledge required主要技能、能力及知识要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 3 years or above working experience on merchandising planning/business analysis function, E-com or Outlet experiences preferred
3. Advanced knowledge of MS office applications, proficiency in Excel, other computer skill is plus;
4. Good communication skill, able to work with the cross functional teams and senior management on all aspects of the business
5. Comprehensive understanding of retail math and logic, good planning and analysis skill
6. Fluent in English
