Job Summary and Mission
The role will prime WuXi AppTec China payroll operation team’s management, routine payroll operation & support HRCOE payroll related projects, provide Q&A services to employees.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Payroll operation & IIT implement
？ Prepare monthly payroll related data collection and maintenance in HRIS system (Kayang);
？ Support integration with HRSSC and site HR about OT and Deduction;
？ Prepare monthly payroll calculation including social benefit and IIT;
？ Support monthly payroll report for about 10+ legal entities and related payment with help from Finance;
？ Support annual payroll related projects, e.g. annual bonus’ calculation and payment, merit increase and promotion related compensation change;
？ Backup of payroll team partners for the monthly payroll operation.


Payroll projects support
？ Support internal & external payroll audit;
？ Support IPO related data;
？ Support HR SSC & HR COE to implement new payroll related projects.
