Job Summary (Overview of Job Purpose) 职位概述（职位目标）
该职位所需要达到的关键目标是什么？
To provide the onsite installation, testing, routine maintenance, on-call trouble-shooting and other after-sales service on the Avitum products in respective areas to customers as well as to provide necessary training and guidance to dealer service engineers and end-user so as to achieve customer satisfaction;
To support sales and marketing initiatives as required and to explore the business opportumities so as to help promote after-sales business growth
"Responsibilities and Performance Standards to be Achieved (up to 10)
主要职责及绩效标准 (不超过10项)
1. To provide the onsite installation, testing, routine mainenance and on-call troble-shooting service of the Avitum products (Dialog, Diapact CRRT and Plasmat_Futura machines etc.) on schedule/satisfactorily in respective areas
2. To deliver operating and service training to dealer's and end-user's engineers to ensure company machines be used, operated and maintained properly
3. To Establish and maintain good relationship with customers and explore possible business opportunities to help selling service contract and parts as well as continuously improving customer satisfaction
4. To instruct and deliver on-site technical training to area service engineers (including dealer service engineers) and end-users (hospital engineers) on product application and trouble-shooting issues to continuously improve the effective and efficient usage of Avitum products
5. To cooperate with sales team to provide after-sales service support to sales and marketing initiatives in the area to achive both customer satisfaction and business growth
Education Required 教育背景要求:
Experience/Knowledge Required 经验/知识要求:
- College or university full-time education
- 1-3 years related work experience in maintaining and repairing
background in Electronics, Clinical
electronic equipment; experience in clinical medical engineering industry
Medical Engineering or related fields is preferred
- can start from intern engineer if fresh graduate with learning agility
Special Skills/Abilities Required 特殊技能/能力要求:
- Good command of English, esp. in literal
- Good?interpersonal?and?communication?skill
- Independent?and?self-motivated; can work under pressure
Other Requirements 其他要求:
- be able to travel frequently in the respective areas; sometimes need to travel around China
