岗位职责：
1、负责天猫国际店铺运营，店铺整体策划，店铺风格定位，店铺布局、活动策划、营销推广，商品上下架及充分利用天猫各种活动资源，完成公司销售任务;
2、负责天猫国际促销活动公司内各部门的协调;
3、负责与天猫运营人员接洽沟通，做好各方面配合工作;
4、负责天猫国际店铺促销活动、关联销售等的策划，流量引入，提升店铺转化率;
5、负责每日营销数据、交易数据、商品管理的把控，优化库存和产品线，完善天猫国际店铺的操作规范和操作流程;
6、对竞争对手的品类、价位等数据进行研究，提出合理应对措施，做出可行性分析报告;
任职要求：
1.熟悉天猫国际平台后台运作和相关规定，有一年以上独立运营天猫国际店铺经验或有跨境电商经验（从事过中高端时尚类目优先考虑）；英语流利
2.对天猫国际活动报名,产品优化,营销活动能熟练操作；
3.具有良好营销理念,有活动策划 执行 ,效果分析的能力；
4.性格开朗，沟通能力强，做事细心，具有团队合作精神；
