Packaging Sales & Development Specialist - Southwest China (世界500强化工行业公司职位，负责西南地区包装市场，有广阔的发展空间)

Reports to: Great China Sales Manager
Location: Chengdu

Responsibilities:

· Lead sales of packaging products to meet business objective.
· Responsible for key accounts management to build up long term relationship for sustainable growth.
· Distributor management to substantially grow the sales.
· Work closely with technology and marketing team for new development projects.
· Work closely with end-user for their new projects.
· Explore new business opportunities in the packaging market in Southwest China.
· Collect competitive intelligence on the market place.
· Develop and maintain accurate sales forecast (DIBM).

Qualifications:

· Bachelor or master degree in polymer, chemistry or chemical engineering is preferred;
· Above 5 years sales experience in related or similar industry;
· Technical experience and knowledge in packaging is strong plus;
· Experiences of key account and distributor management are preferable;
· Logic thinking and strong negotiation skill to drive result;
· Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work independently or within a team;
· Demonstrated ability to build and leverage networks;
· Good English communication and computer competencies.
