Product Support Specialist is responsible for the following activities: - Developing dealer competencies with Hydro-Mechanical work tools thru product training , operator training, pre-delivery inspection processes, troubleshooting, carrier system interface activities, component failure analysis, and document product activities. - Participate as a CPI Find-it resource for achieving practical solutions to product deficiencies and problems, providing accurate, up-to-date field failure information, which they summarize and communicate, to Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing. - Implement field follow and focused dealer programs as assigned, provide product development support as team member for 6 Sigma programs associated with NPI and CPI activities. - Participate in the collection of reliability information used to set design goals and to quantitatively evaluate product reliability, in collaboration with local engineering staff. - Develop dealer support programs identifying Work Tool service capability. Analysis includes researching: monthly sales activity, Work Tool Sales Representative interaction, and product health reporting systems (DSN, CPI, and GWTS database) and warranty data.- Tracks dealer and customer perceptions of product quality and performance. - Prepares and releases product service and product support information to the field.

required_skills_qualifications:

? Mechanical or Electronic engineering bachelor’s degree? 3 – 5 years’ Hammer, Hydraulic excavator or heavy equipment industry product support related experiences? Experience working with customers and dealer network? Strong interpersonal and communication skills? Good teamwork spirit? Basic English written and oral skills
