1、新员工培养，业务新员工培养体系建立、执行、评估、反馈和维护；
2、管理体系建立与维护，基于能力模型的业务人才梯队建设体系推广执行、评估和反馈；基于能力模型的业务职级管理体系推广执行、评估和反馈，业务讲师管理体系建立、评估与维护；
3、课程体系建立与维护，新员工专业课程体系评估与维护，业务基于能力模型的老员工培训课程体系建立、评估与维护；业务基于能力模型的管理层培训课程体系建立、评估与维护；
4、知识库建立与维护，业务学习知识库的建立与维护，制作讲师手册、学员手册；
任职资格：
1、3年以上培训相关行业经验，有零售行业培训经验者优先；
2、具备一定的课程开发、讲授、活动策划及实施能力；
3、优秀的语言表达能力，组织协调能力及人际交往能力；

ABILIX HOME与清华大学合作，邀请机器人领域的专业教授担任机器人课程设计和WER竞赛课程顾问，并由十年以上教学经验的一线教师组成团队，致力于能力风暴课程体系与价值的研究。
