职位描述：
一. OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
Developing and customization of mobile robot control systems especially for the chinese market.
Development of drive systems and components of drive systems for mobile robots and AGVs developed at KUKA China.

二. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Responsible for the management and developement of drive systems and components of drives systems for mobile robots and AGVs
2. Ensures the availability and functionality of drive systems for new mobile robots and AGVs.
3. Identifying technical requirements for the Chinese market
4. Creating specifications and schematics
5. Technical selection of cables and connectors

三. KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
1. Specialist knowledge of electrical design in automation technology
2. Expert in chinese, european and american standards
3. Experience in daily handling of E-CAD (best case EPLAN P8)
4. Knowledge in electromagnetic compatibility – EMC
5. Knowledge in batteries (Lithium ion technology) would be an advantage
6. Degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics
7. Skills in E-CAD (best case EPLAN P8)
8. Good skills in Microsoft Office tools
9. Experience of living and working abroad (particularly Europa or USA) is an advantage
10. Experience in mobile robotic industries or AGVs is a benefit
11. Teamwork
12. Function analysis and risk management
13. Structuring and solving problems in collaboration between R&D and suppliers
