BASIC FUNCTION
Under the direction of the HR manager, be responsible for all personnel related services including recruitment and selection, HR information and records maintenance, HR policies formulation, employee services, labor regulations compliance, Max Performance facilitating, individual development plan coordination as well as any other personnel related services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the whole recruitment process including job posting, liaison with recruitment agencies, screening CVs and short-listing of candidates, interviewing candidates.
Track the interview process and work together with line managers to make recruitment decision.
Handle staff grievances, engage in staff counseling, carry out exit interview and staff opinion survey.
Assist in manpower planning and budgeting as well as the control.
Take charge of maintenance of staff information, monthly HR reports and conduct analysis based on the reports.
Support on talent development including performance assessment, individual development plan and succession planning.
Coach and advise the business management team on employee relations, performance management and other HR matters.
Any other ad hoc projects as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1) Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
2) At least 8 years relevant working experiences in a multi-national company
3) Strong communication skill, familiar with different cultures
4) Have a good understanding of PRC laws and regulations
5) Fluent English and good computer skill
6) Strong teamwork spirit, open minded, customer orientated
7) Talent development experience will be a plus
