1.At least 5 years product management experience in industrial products, power tools -electric power tools or air tools experience is preferred but NOT MUST;

2.Strategic thinking, while hands on and willing to deal with detailed ground work

3.At least 3 years working experience in multinational companies

4.Mature and be able to work in a matrix organization

5.Strong internal & external communications experience

6.Sufficient English communication capabilities

7.Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for DeWalt branded power tools product management

2.Responsible for DeWalt branded power tools product topline sales, gross margin and working capital turns

3.Responsible for DeWalt branded power tools new product commercialization, product phase in and phase out management and related product trainings

4.Responsible for DeWalt branded power tools product promotions, new product launch programs

5.Responsible for power tools competition analysis, market share monitoring and China product roadmap planning

6.Responsible for power tools market research, new product positioning
