>> MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责:
Responsible Actions:
- To understand and archive the service sales target
- To work closely with operation teams, feedback the operation team the customer service demand
- To make precise sales forecast and sales report regularly.
- To make clear robotics service market analysis in terms of customer segmentation, robotics application as well as service portfolio
- To build up and keep good relationship with customers
- To handle and keep good relation with internal different departments.
- To provide constructive solution and make quotation on time to customer.
- To reduce overdue payment, and shorten period of overdue payment.
- To better update and clear up sales documents and report in time.
- Invoicing and tracking down the status till the case is finalized
Outputs:
- Project list
- Opportunity list
- Internal order list
- Installed base
- Overdue report
KPI:
- Ensure to complete the yearly target(OI: 100Mio RMB/REV:95Mio RMB)
- Reduce the number of overdue payment, shorten the payment period (DSO<35days)
- Develop no less than 1 customer from Level B to Level A and 3 customers from Level C to Level B
- Quotation Reaction time should obey the customer segmentation policy
- OB clean up: OB should less than 12% of each year’s OI

- Educational: Major in engineering with Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Work hard and proactively have strong team consciousness
- Customer service and satisfaction oriented
- Proactive, self-motivated and sense of responsibility
- Willing to travel frequently
- Excellent communication skill
- Good command of English in speaking and writing
- Good command of MS Tools
