A. Main Responsibility 主要任务
-Execute and implement training program precisely and efficiently
高效并准确的贯彻执行公司的培训计划
- Act as a role model to conduct long-term effective counseling, so as to enhance the professional knowledge and sales skills of BA
树立榜样作用成为楷模,进行长期有效的辅导,从而提升美容顾问专业知识与销售技能
- Check the service, sales, operation process in his/her responsible counters, and ensure that all BA perform standard
规范区域内各家专柜的服务、销售、运作流程,令美容顾问执行统一标准
B. Responsibilities 岗位职责
-Provide the professional training to meet the business needs. Implement the counter field coach training based on the basic school training and scheme training;
按照业务要求提供专业的培训, 以基础培训、主题培训标准为基准,执行专柜实地培训;
- Supervise the counter staff on the basis of sales manual and operation manual according to the operation regulation of the company;
根据公司运作规范,以销售执行手册、运行手册为基准,执行专柜指导监督;
-Deliver the training program independently and tracking the result. Provide feedback to the follow-up list, timely and effectively follow up archiving, summary and report on a monthly basis.
独立执行培训计划并追踪培训效果. 反馈柜台跟进工作的执行情况,及时有效对每月跟进工作进行整理、归档、总结、汇报.
-Consistently provide coaching to all counter staff within his/her region, including the new BA, senior BA and counter manager. The training method including but not limited to on-counter coaching, telephone coaching and group coaching;
持续对美容顾问进行辅导,包括贴柜培训、电话培训和小组培训. 所负责跟进对象为管辖区域内所有美容顾问;包括新入职美容顾问、资深美容顾问、柜长;
-I***olve in the BA management process, including but not limited to new door BA service monitor and new door BA exit interview.
介入美容顾问的管理流程,包括新店美容顾问服务督导、新店美容顾问的离职访谈等.
- Follow up BA assessment, analysis and summarize BA related data and information, then provide data support for the training program;
进行专柜跟进考核、分析汇总美容顾问各项数据与信息,为培训工作计划提供数据支持;
-Closely work with sales department and collect the training needs for the new door.
同销售部紧密合作,收集新店培训需求;
-Provide the support on marketing activities on each new door level, (Beauty Class, Promotion activities.)
对新店开张、美颜坊及公司的市场促销活动进行支持
